Orders
Our Orders table provides a comprehensive view of your sales across all marketplaces. We automatically parse receipts to extract marketplace fees, shipping fees, and promoted fees — helping you track profits with minimal manual work.
Each row represents a sale and includes both imported marketplace data and editable fields.
Imported data
- Sale Price: The amount the item was sold for
- Collected Shipping: The shipping fee collected from the buyer on your behalf
- Marketplace Fees: Broken down by…
- Standard Fees: Mandatory transaction and platform fees charged by the marketplace
- Shipping Fees: Costs for shipping labels and services provided by the marketplace
- Promoted Fees: Optional advertising fees for promoting your listings
Editable fields
When your sale is linked to an item in your Inventory Manager, we automatically pull through the SKU, listed date, and cost of goods. All of these fields remain editable. You can also click “Edit” to add additional expenses:
- Shipping Expenses: Any shipping costs outside of the marketplace (e.g., if you use a third-party shipping tool)
- Other Expenses: Any per-sale costs that you’d like to track; bulk expenses can be added in the “Expenses” tab
Refreshing data
When Auto Posher detects a sale, some details may not be immediately available:
- On eBay, shipping labels are only generated after the sale is finalized
- On Mercari, final sale figures aren’t available until the buyer accepts the delivery
- On all platforms, refunds or cancellations are always processed after the sale itself
To retrieve the latest data for a sale:
- Select the relevant rows and click “Refresh” at the bottom, or
- Use “Import” in the top-right to bulk-refresh an entire time period
Note for eBay sellers: If you purchase labels through PayPal or the Bulk Shipping Tool, we won’t be able to automatically track these shipping fees.
