Auto-delisting
For our crosslisters, "sale detection" is always on; when an item sells on a connected marketplace, we'll update your Inventory Manager within 15 minutes.
When a single-quantity item sells, Auto Posher can automatically delist it from other platforms. When a multi-quantity item sells, Auto Posher can automatically adjust the quantity on all other platforms.
There are three requirements before Auto Posher takes these actions. If you'd like to opt-in to these features, please review this guide to make sure your items are eligible.
Prerequisites
The feature must be turned on
To enable these features, head over to your Account page (opens in a new tab) and select your desired options.
The item must be verified
Because your imported inventory was automatically matched by our AI, we need you to verify these matches before we can auto-delist or auto-adjust. You can do this by selecting all the displayed rows and clicking "Verify" at the bottom. Unverified items will have an orange exclamation mark.
Crosslisting will also automatically verify the item.
The item cannot have a "mismatched quantity" warning
Finally, the quantity must be uniform across all platforms according to our system. Mercari does not count towards this warning since it always has a quantity of 1.
To ensure you're set up for success, please follow these steps:

Perform a "full sync" to ensure all your items and their quantities are up-to-date.

Use the "mismatched quantities" filter to find affected items:
To address this warning, you have two options:
- Click "Edit listing" to edit the quantity directly from Auto Posher.
- Edit the quantity from the platforms themselves; once finished, select the row in your Inventory Manager and click "Refresh" at the bottom:
Important exceptions
Auto Posher cannot auto-delist or auto-adjust items that have multiple sizes. If you'd like to take advantage of these features, please create one item per size.
