Auto-delisting

Get started with auto-delisting in three easy steps! Prefer a video? Check out this tutorial (opens in a new tab).

Step-by-step

Turn on auto-delisting

When we detect a sale, we'll automatically update your Inventory Manager. If you'd also like us to auto-delist, you can turn this on per marketplace from your Account page.

Verify your matches

Because your imported inventory was automatically matched by our AI, we need you to verify these matches before we can auto-delist. You can do this by selecting all the displayed rows and clicking "Verify" at the bottom. Unverified items will have an orange exclamation mark.

Crosslisting will also automatically verify the item.

Resync & reverify

Every time you sync, we recommend verifying any new items (unless you plan on crosslisting them). To quickly drill down to the rows that require your attention, you can use the "Unverified" filter at the top:

Important exceptions

Auto-delisting will not work on eBay listings using the out-of-stock option (opens in a new tab), as these listings will not be marked as "Sold" (opens in a new tab) when their quantity is zero.
