Bulk listing

This guide walks you through an end-to-end process of using Auto Posher to create, review, and publish multiple listings efficiently.

Generate with AI

Start by visiting the bulk generate tool. Here, you’ll upload the photos and video for each item you want to list. Additionally, you can give our AI listing assistant a head start by:

• Selecting up to 5 photos that showcase the most important details about your item
• Choosing a department to ensure accurate categorization (e.g., men, women, etc.)

As soon as you click “Generate”, our AI will start creating drafts for you. You can monitor its progress from the Drafts page.

Reviewing drafts

Once your drafts are ready for review, simply click one to open the details. Using the navigation bar at the top, you can seamlessly move between drafts, and toggle “Ready to list” to signal which ones are good-to-go.

This streamlined process ensures you maximize efficiency while maintaining full control over your listings.

Bulk publish & scheduling

Once “ready to list”, your drafts are eligible for bulk publishing! Simply select the relevant drafts and click “Publish” at the bottom.

You can choose to publish immediately, or schedule your listings for a future date (up to 30 days in advance). This allows you to optimize your listings for peak shopping hours, or align them with social drops. And not to worry — scheduled listings can be unscheduled at any time beforehand.
